The product is in limited early access. Features, integrations, availability and service boundaries may change. Requesting access does not create an account, guarantee admission or reserve capacity. We will confirm the offer, price and onboarding terms before payment.

Information in the site or app is for general wellness, organization and educational purposes. It is not diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or emergency triage. Do not delay or change professional care because of the service. Discuss medical decisions, medications and clinically significant recommendations with a qualified professional.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your device and passcode, maintaining suitable backups and deciding what information you share with clinicians or other services. The current device-side record cannot be recovered by the service if you lose the passcode and have no usable backup.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or use the service to make automated clinical decisions about someone else. Early access may be suspended where necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Prices and payments
Published ranges are planning prices, not a binding public offer. Any paid engagement will identify the exact price, currency, taxes, included service, billing interval and cancellation terms before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription changes, refunds and cancellations follow the offer accepted at purchase and applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Well Becoming name, visual identity, site, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you enter. Permission to use the service does not transfer ownership of the product or grant a right to copy, resell or reverse engineer it beyond rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted, incomplete or changed during early access. No system can guarantee error-free operation or perfect security. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly agreed, and liability is limited as stated in the final paid offer. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the website at any time. Subscription cancellation and data-export steps will be provided in the applicable offer. Because the current health record is held on your device, deleting local app data without an export may permanently remove it.
Changes and governing terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The legal operator, governing law, jurisdiction, full cancellation process and required consumer disclosures must be stated in the final commercial terms presented before purchase.
