Information in the site or app is for general wellness, organization and educational purposes. It is not diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or emergency triage. Do not delay or change professional care because of the service. Discuss medical decisions, medications and clinically significant recommendations with a qualified professional.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your device and passcode, maintaining suitable backups and deciding what information you share with clinicians or other services. The current device-side record cannot be recovered by the service if you lose the passcode and have no usable backup.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or use the service to make automated clinical decisions about someone else. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.
Prices and payments
Published prices are shown before tax and confirmed at checkout. Every paid engagement identifies the exact price, currency, taxes, included service, billing interval and cancellation terms before checkout. Accounts open by request and are set up with you; there is no self-service free trial at present, and nothing is charged until you have seen and accepted the exact amount. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription changes, refunds and cancellations follow the offer accepted at purchase and applicable consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Well Becoming name, visual identity, site, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you enter. Permission to use the service does not transfer ownership of the product or grant a right to copy, resell or reverse engineer it beyond rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted or changed. No system can guarantee error-free operation or perfect security. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly agreed, and liability is limited as stated in the final paid offer. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the website at any time. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing page, and ends at the close of the period already paid for. Data-export steps are in the app under Settings. Because the current health record is held on your device, deleting local app data without an export may permanently remove it.
Changes and governing terms
These terms are updated from time to time, and the date at the top says when. The operator's legal name, governing law and jurisdiction, the full cancellation process and the consumer disclosures the law requires are stated in the commercial terms shown before purchase.
