From scattered evidence to a day you can act on.

Well Becoming is a private personal health record, health tracker and planning tool. It keeps the source of each important fact visible, then turns the whole picture into a concise morning brief.

The product is built around one loop: evidence becomes context, context becomes a decision, and a decision becomes an action you can review later.

  1. Bring the pieces together.Keep conditions, medications, allergies, visits, labs, genetics, daily logs and plans in one private record. The source model is designed for health platforms and wearable devices; selected Apple Health aggregates currently arrive through the early-access iPhone Shortcut.
  2. Keep the source attached.Confirmed, reported and imported information remains distinguishable. Dates, periods and provenance stay beside the number or fact they describe.
  3. See what changed. The Today view considers sleep, activity, symptoms, adherence, recent results and your active plan. It does not flatten them into one health score.
  4. Choose what comes next. The morning brief brings forward a few relevant actions, questions or watch items. It does not diagnose, prescribe or silently change a care plan.
  5. Review whether it helped.Trends and before-and-since views let you revisit a change without pretending that correlation proves cause.

A health record you can actually read

Most health information is organized around the institution that produced it. Well Becoming organizes it around you. The Doctor area holds visits, laboratory results, conditions, medications, allergies, family history, genetics and sources. The Today view brings forward only what is relevant now.

What Well Becoming does not do

It does not act as an AI doctor. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, change medication or provide emergency triage. Genetics are shown as predisposition, not diagnosis. Recommendations are framed as information to review and, where appropriate, discuss with a qualified clinician.

Bring your own AI, or none at all

Planned, not yet available. Nothing in this section can be done today.

Most health apps are a silo with an export button. Well Becoming is being built the other way round: as the record that the assistant you already use can plug into. Claude, ChatGPT, an automation you wrote yourself. Connect it once and it can read your live record: the current values, the trends with the verdict already worked out, what is unresolved, and where every number came from.

It can also suggest things back. A lab result read off a PDF, an observation from a conversation, a change to a protocol. Each suggestion waits in a queue until you approve it. Nothing enters your record unreviewed.

Two things are worth saying plainly. Connecting an assistant means your health data reaches whoever runs that assistant; that is the point, it is your choice, it is made per assistant, and you can stop it in one tap. And if you connect nothing, you lose nothing. The record, the trends, the plan, the weekly review and the export for your doctor are complete on their own.
