Website privacy notice.

Plain language about the limited information this public website collects. Last updated 2 September 2026.

The public Well Becoming website is designed to collect as little information as practical. The health record inside the app has a separate device-side privacy architecture.

Who this notice covers

This notice covers visits to wellbecoming.app, early-access requests submitted on the site and payments made through a Well Becoming checkout link. Well Becoming is the service name. Pchol Productions designed the site and the app. The credit in the footer does not make it the operator or the data controller.

Information we collect

If you request access, we receive your name, email address, selected plan, broad non-medical context and the priority you select. The form explicitly asks you not to submit diagnoses, lab values, medical documents or other sensitive health details.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps and request logs to deliver and protect the site. This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling or marketing cookies.

Why we use it

We use access-request information to respond to your request, understand product fit, communicate about early access and, where agreed, arrange onboarding and payment. We process essential technical logs to operate, secure and diagnose the site. Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent for optional communications, or performance of a contract.

Forms, hosting and payments

The site is prepared for hosting and form processing by Netlify. If payment is offered, checkout is hosted by Stripe and Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy terms. Card details are not entered into or stored by this website. Providers may process data in countries outside your own using their applicable transfer safeguards.

How long information is kept

Access requests should be kept only while they remain active or reasonably necessary for follow-up, recordkeeping and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Payment and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Before public launch, the operator must set and document specific retention periods in the relevant service accounts.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is relied on, or request a portable copy where applicable. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live. To make a privacy request, use the access form, provide only your contact details, and write “privacy request” in the general context field.

Children and emergencies

This site is not directed to children and is not an emergency or medical service. Do not use the site to seek urgent help or submit medical records.

Changes

We may update this notice when the product, providers or legal operator changes. The date above will be revised. A material change should be communicated to affected users where required.

Launch dependency

The legal operator's full name, postal address, direct privacy contact, final retention periods and region-specific disclosures must be added before a public commercial launch. This page is a careful pre-launch notice, not legal advice.
